Testing 1, 2...

I was scrolling through my blog and realized it's been awhile since I had a picture of Emma wearing a smile. It's about time! Emma is really a happy girl, but tests her limits constantly. My patience is tested as well and I often struggle to maintain control; like when she dumped a full bowl of cereal off her tray as she gave me an impish smile; or when she threw herself down in the parking lot of a store because she didn't want to get in the car. It is also an incredibly rewarding time in her life (and mine). She likes to grab my face between her hands and plant a big kiss. Oh, her kisses and hugs melt my heart like nothing else, well except maybe when she says, "Ubb Oo, mum."
