Blog love around here has been a little low.
It's my fault really. Inconsistent bloggers who don't have time to type, let alone say anything entertaining shouldn't really expect 20 comments per post. I'm happy with 1 these days.
Looking back, my most trafficked posts have been related to big decisions. I think the record was 29 comments for "what color should we paint our house." Awesome stuff.
There are a couple big things coming up in Paradise. Firstly, we are planning a kitchen revamp... not remodel, so don't get too excited. I got a bid for custom cabinets, I dreamed and schemed, then joined reality again, cried a little in disappointment, and came up with a way to make what we have more functional for the few years. It will still involve a lot of changes, so stay tuned. Before and after pictures rock.
Then there is the basement that still needs some final touches before "the big reveal." It might be just a touch, just a touch, anti-climactic, but a REVEAL all the same.
Another big news is coming in the late Spring. Exciting from our standpoint, but as blog readers, it means even less frequent posts in our already busy lives.

Congratulations Alysun! I'm sure Mandy is thrilled to have another baby in the house. She loved playing with Rebekah when she was little. Are the girls hoping for another brother or a sister?

I was wondering when this darling video would go public! We enjoyed watching it again too. Also wish I didn't FEEL your disappointment with not being able to totally redo the kitchen, but having been in the same position so many times I know how it can hurt until you can let it go.

I was so afraid that you were going to tell us that "the change" was that you were going to give up blogging. That would be devistating to many of us who keep up on your beautiful family via Paradice!
Anyway, my fear turned to excitement when I scrolled down and saw a video. You wouldn't do a video with bad news so of course the anticipation mounted as I watched .......... and cried.
