I am pretty sure you aren't supposed to let Zucchini grow this big. I just can't keep up with production. Zucchini pancakes anyone?
My mom had a crisis. She wanted to make a recipe that included Zuc, but she doesn't have any and none of her friends near Olympia do either. She thought she might have to BUY some! I enlisted the help of Annie (who lives about 1/2 hour away) and soon there was a bag of zucchini on my parent's doorstep. Annie was happy to find a willing taker and my mom can save her money.

Aunt Sherri might rue the day she ever mentioned a need for zucchini :)
So far we have had Zucchini Cake With PB frosting Yum!! and Fried with Kielbasa (how I've missed that.) More cake to come as that went in a second at the potluck, good thing I sampled it before it left the house. So I am very grateful to Annie and telling my story has yeilded offers of Zuc closer to home.It seems to make a great toy for Emma as well. Made any faces on it for her?
