Swim Lessons

Emma was so excited for her first swim lesson today in Dallas. Of course, I was pretty excited too. I love swimming lessons! I loved them when I was little and also when I taught them to little Emma-like kids at the Y when I was 18. Emma's teacher looked about 12, but did a good job leading the 3 kids who made it into the water (one little boy protested and watched from the side with his mom). Emma practiced floating, jumping in, blowing bubbles and kicking. She ran up to me after the lesson and said, "I wanna go again!" Try explaining to a 3 year old that she has to wait a week!
