32 Weeks

Our baby girl is growing fast! She is about 4 pounds and nearly 17" long. I feel stretched out, tired and sore. Sleeping is delayed with heartburn and interrupted with frequent bathroom visits. Did I mention I am tired? As I try to take cat naps throughout the day, Emma comes and pecks my face with kisses. "No ni-ni, mommy. Play." Oh, if only life were that easy.
Tomorrow I am going to Black Lake with my sister and the children until Friday. We planned on relaxing by the pool and catching up with our cousins who are also visiting. With this rain, we may have to find something else to do. Anyway it will be a nice break. My normal days are very long with Jeff working late, so having others around to help entertain my child will be a blessing. I think I can find a few million excuses to take a nap.
