I am done with my dining room and just finished the Everyday Display last night. It is basically an 18x18" picture frame with a magnetic board. It comes with magnets and clips and then I created a display. It is really fun to do and I am loving the idea that I can easily change it. This is a way everyone walking in the room can see what is important to us; our paradise. The best part is, when I want to change it, I can put the completed page in an album (I used a 12x12 piece of paper), ready to go. This is a genius idea from Creative Memories. Too bad I am not a consultant anymore, I am sure you would all be lining up to buy one. I received my final CM order yesterday and love the new products. I used the Power Palette in Vintage and the colors and designs are beautiful. Can you tell I had a lot of fun doing this? Everyone was in bed last night and I was happily scrapping. It's been too long.
Here is a quick look at the finished room and everything that goes with it. I am happy with the warm feel of the blue and brown (can't justify changing my blue and white dishes at this point). It is a great feeling to complete a project.

It looks really beautiful, Alysun!
It looks fantastic and oh-so-creative. I love the curtains too! Are those new?
Yes, I made the curtains. It is like you never read my blog (joking). I got the fabric half price and used those little rings with clips for the top. They turned out pretty cute and SO much better than my IKEA-just-make-do-for-privacy-and-5.5-years-later-get-around-to-replacing-them-curtains.
Ahh yes,the buy something to "get by" thing and then never get what you want. I understand comletely! :) Looks great though, when do I get a house so I can let my creative juices out? :)
I love the room! Great colors!
