Yard Work

The weather has been amazing! Jeff finally got a little time to work on our yard and we tackled a big one... Last year we planted a new lawn the the rain washed a ditch right through the middle of it. We decided to stop fighting nature and put a creek bed there. Jeff used a backhoe to even the ditch out and change the shape a little and then we got a load of rock. It was only $58 and we made a 150+ ft. long creek bed. It was hard work, but it looks great!

Let the rain come down! We're ready for it now.

I have to say that this is quite creative and nice looking. And for the price? I am coming to you for ideas in the future...

Wow! A creek bed with actual water potential. My dry creek beds can only pretend! Can't wait to see yours with water in it! Don't forget to take a picture for us! Aunt Marci
