Recently a friend raved to me about T-Tapp. I had never heard of it, but soon came to understand that it is workout system that combines movement with nutrition. This friend positively swears by it and from seeing her fit, petite body after 3 kids, I was interested. I looked up the website and found information that sounds great, especially the part about helping with back pain...

"T-Tapp's preventative wellness workouts deliver results inside and out. Instead of just focusing on burning calories and fat to lose weight, T-Tapp concentrates on helping the body rebuild digestion, assimilation, elimination, in addition to improving lymphatic function and neuro-kinetic flow. Increased energy, mental clarity and overall health immediately improve as your body tightens and tones. Faster inch loss occurs because muscles develop like girdles so they can uplift and cinch in target areas of concern. That's because T-Tapp develops long, lean muscle fibers with strength and flexibility for greater muscle density instead of muscle bulk. In fact, T-Tapp can redesign bulky muscles into lean, dense tissue! Best of all, this type of muscle development helps support the spine and joints in a rehabilitative way."

Have any of my loyal blogging buddies heard of T-Tapp or used the system? It sounds great, but I am not quite ready to make the purchase. I love the sound of anything that tells me that it will make my cellulite go away, clear up acne, and melt inches off my body (post pregnancy obviously). It took me over a year to lose the 50 pounds of baby weight I gained the first time around and I really don't look forward to all the hard, hard work. Mostly, I ate less, walked and biked the weight off and did pilates when my back didn't hurt too bad. I am entertaining suggestions for losing the baby weight the second time around (hopefully not quite as much this time!).

As soon as you figure it all out, let me know. My "weight loss plan" was to nurse FOREVER. I got sick of it . . .

Sorry, Alysun... haven't heard of it. Maybe we should sign up for "Dancing with the Stars"!

would this friend have been your hairdresser and mine? I have the first DVD and I keep meaning to get back into it. I started it when I was already very pregnant and I liked it alot. It's very low impact. My problem is the lazzyness. Come over on Tuesday and I'll let you watch it.
