I didn't receive a lot of feedback about T-Tapp from other people, but I decided to buy it any way. What convinced me was the web-site testimonials. They weren't all from size 0 women who lost 30 pounds in 2 weeks -- there were testimonials about people's back pain being relieved, weight loss of course, and lots of conservative sounding moms who said they finally found something to get rid of the baby weight.
I received the DVDs I order in the mail and I watched the informational seminar where Teresa Tapp tells what the program is all about. The 50ish, fit-looking woman is wearing a white body-suit and you can imagine the look on my husband's face when he came in and saw me watching this woman talk about connectic flow, limph nodes, and releasing toxins. Yesterday was my first attempt at the exercises. To say the 15 minute work-out kicked my butt is an understatement. The "simple" looking moves made my muscles burn like nothing I have ever done. Granted I am not in great shape and 8 months pregnant, but I have done lots of work-outs in the past from Tai-Bo, Yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, life-guard training, weight-lifting, step aerobics, and walking. The posture and design of each move is unique with T-Tapp and after about 4 reps, a warm sentation spread over my body (must be that connectic flow). The 3 minute back stretching exercise felt amazing and today I feel like I just had my back aligned. I am not exaggerating. My back feels better than it has in months.
I know I will be the test subject for many of you, so I'll keep you updated.
