Hair today

Do you know where I can get some good volumizing hair products? I'm so tired of my flat lifeless do.

Just a touch of sarcasm this morning. Sorry for the scare, but I wanted to share with you what I (and my laughing family) am greeted with each and every morning: my gi-normous hair. With the right moose, gel, palm aid, hair spray mix I can calm it down a notch and I think I will go do that. It feels like I am wearing 3 bike helmets on my head simultaneously. It's funny how women with thin hair want thick luxurious hair (this is what it looks like in the morning by the way) and those with barely controllable manes long for a flat hair day every now and then.

Oh my goodness! I'm sorry to say I laughed :) I still envy your hair though!

Too bad we aren't still in the
80's- just a little more fluffing and you would be ready to go out!

Mmmm... yup, still envious. You get no pity from me;-)

LOVE the do. I dare you to go to Safeway one morning like that.

Wow...that's amazing volume and a great look. I was thinking about getting my hair cut shorter before our campus Christmas banquet next week but now I'm not so sure. :) I like the fact that I can get up most mornings and my hair is fairly behaved. My hair definitely gets a mind of it's own the shorter it gets. We'll see how brave I get. Part of me just wants to go so I can sit in a comfy chair and get a break from the kids for 45 minutes to an hour. :) Hair cuts have always been pamper time for me.

My Jeff says he loves it! In his words, "I dig anything that reminds me of the 80s". He loves it when my slightly curly hair is frizzed out. If any one our there still owns a crimping iron, Jeff would love for me to borrow it. BUT I am in the same boat as you, a little taming never hurt anyone.

Everyone should be so brave to put a "first-thing-in-the-morning" picture up for all to see. I love it! I have thick hair too, so I KNOW what you're talking about! :-)

Hm, I still would like thicker hair, instead of my thin, fine hair even if it meant looking like that every morning. Oh, and as Cathy similarly mentioned above, kudos to you for being brave enough to post a morning pic! =)

I really enjoyed the picture...better than a recipe anyday! I LOL! I couldn't help but read the comments. I think I must be old...80's nothing, I'm thinking more like the 60's!! And the comment on the long hair is right. Why do you think I keep my hair long? No fuss, no muss!
